We all need a good cake once in a while to cheer us up and yesterday I fell for this baby; a raspberry-jam filled cupcake with some icing. I only ate half of it though... the rest of it I gave away!

What I like about this, is that it is not buried in icing. I prefer to enjoy the cake with just a taste of frosting on top. Looks yummy!
