This is a tough one folks! It is a delicious dessert we have here in sweden and is filled with an almond type of paste and whipped cream. What is your guess?!!
Are you looking for the Swedish word? It looks a bit like a donut with whipped cream, but we don't have marzipan donuts here. It also looks like an eclair - whatever it is, I would love to taste it!
Hey Ida, I notice I'm not ranking under your "sweet inspiration" blogs. I'm wounded.

I agree it looks delightfully yummy!
Semla is my first guess but if that is wrong then my second guess is mandelmussla. Bet it tastes just as good as it looks.
I have no idea what it is but it looks and sounds delicious!
Oooooohhhhh!!! It looks yummy. My guess is: I would eat it!
HMM i have NOOO clue but it looks like a light donut!
Walker you are correct!!! SEMLA it is!
It is a typical dessert here in my corner of the world and is served best with a cup of hot milk!
