These are a typical swedish candy! They are called "punchknappar" and are filled with punch and dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with some white candydots! They are delicious!
All of you that guessed in my post below will now get the answer. I was making pancakes a couple of days ago and as I was mixing the batter my friend added some flour from a cup... it's the flour"balls" that has been captured in the photograph! Thank you all for guessing!
