I have been making jam out of my black currants today and here is the disastrous result! The hole pot overboiled and my stove looked awful. I ended up with a few beautiful jars though and those are now rigorously stacked in the back of my pantry.

oh no! but at least it wasnt a complete disaster as you did make some jam in the end. bet it was delicious!
